Major responsibilities will include:
•Provide Option Plan Administration and Reporting, issue grants, administer exercise options, maintain and update option software, valuation of grants, and coordinate with outside council/transfer agent etc
•Oversee financial planning and reporting, update forecast on monthly basis, variance analysis versus budget and prior year, support SEC compliance, develop annual budgets, and reporting capabilities for financial and operational management team
•Maintain ongoing Financial Analysis and Ad hoc analysis
•Act as a liaison with other departments, work with departmental managers to project accurate financial forecasts, and communicate financial results to management team
•Provide project support, including business intelligence project, migration to new general ledger system, and lead other projects to support the business’ strategic direction

Company seeks a motivated Accounting Assistant. The candidate will be responsible for:
•Timely processing of all external disbursements
•Processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis
•Providing assistance for the administration of the employee stock option plan

* Monitoring activity for all custodial bank accounts and reconcile monthly bank statements
* Prepare and reconcile daily P&I and T&I advance requests and repayments across multiple portfolios
* Prepare Quarterly and or Monthly Borrower Interest reserve calculation, analysis and reconciliation
* Reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis
* Prepare month end trial balances and other financial reports for all portfolios as requested
* Assist Accounting Manager with other financial analysis and reconciliation as needed
