Garland manufacturing client is seeking a qualified bilingual customer service rep with 1-2 years of customer service experience for immediate hire.
This position will be cross trained on invoicing functions. Duties include basic customer service functions: data entry, heavy incoming phones, filing, excellent written/spoken communication skills, detailed, accurate, multi-tasker, organized, ability to prioritize, etc. Bilingual is a plus. Some lifting and warehouse functions for the invoicing portion of the position. This is a temp to hire position, Monday - Friday, 8:00 to 5:00.
Casual and stable company is seeking a temp to hire receptionist with 1-2 years of receptionist experience. Duties will include answering and forwarding phone calls, filing, coordinating with courier pickup and accept deliveries. Order office and kitchen supplies. General data entry for billing. This is a full time position, Monday thru Friday 8:00-5:00.
