The primary duties are:
Managing a mixed portfolio of performing commercial real estate loans. Maintain relationships with internal and external business partners; prepare case plans. Monitor and manage performance of assigned portfolio and ensure compliance. Familiar with assumptions, modifications, lease consents. Prior experience with working with a number of different types of loans to include CMBS.
Must have a BBA and 5+ years of related experience.
SALARY: to $80,000 - Excellent Benefits!
